Products

Kindly check the expiry dates and condition of the items before leaving the premise. Exchange can only be done within 7 days of purchase in the original condition. Caring Group Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute of the equivalent at all times.

Packages & Services

Treatment packages are valid for 1 year from payment. All packages and services sold are Non-exchangeable & Non-refundable. Transfers may be done when requested, an administration fee will apply. Any redemption of sales vouchers shall be furnished before commencement of treatment. Price of packages and menu are subjected to change by Caring Group Pte Ltd.

Appointments

Prior booking of appointments are strictly required and subject to availability. It is highly recommended to book your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time. To make an appointment at Caring Skin, please call (+65) 6737 7797 or request an appointment.

Cancellations

A confirmation call or SMS will be given 2 days in advance to remind you of your appointment. It is advisable to reschedule your appointment during the confirmation call or SMS should you decide to cancel your appointment. Any cancellation after your confirmation will be regarded as Last. We understand that there may be a change of your schedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please kindly give us no less than 24 hours’ notice should you decide to reschedule or cancel your appointment or it shall be regarded as Last Minute Cancellation.

For any Last Minute Cancellations, one full session will be deducted from your total package.

Late Arrivals

Please be on time for your appointment, so that we can stay on time for you. As a courtesy to our clients, your appointment shall end on the scheduled time should you arrive up to 15 minutes late.

Caring Skin reserves the rights to reschedule and regard your appointment as Last Minute Cancellation for arrival of 30 minutes late or more past scheduled appointment time.
