Looking naturally healthy is always at the heart of any woman’s desire. Not only you look in the pink of health, think of the amount of money you have saved on cosmetics! But when you start to discover constant redness and flushing on your cheeks till blood vessels appear or redness with bumps and pimples popping up, you may want to take note that it could be Rosacea.
What is Rosacea?

The common causes of Rosacea are usually due to family history, harsh environmental factors (especially if you find your skin acting up more than usual during this haze season) and people of fairer skin tone tend to get Rosacea, higher than others.

Well, diet is always key when it comes to remedies. As the cliché saying goes – “You are what you eat”, your skin reflects on that too. Cutting down on alcohol, caffeine (yes, you can still live without Coffee, trust me) and dairy products can be the first immediate steps that will help. You may want to avoid being under the sunlight all the time or extreme temperatures as these are triggers of Rosacea as well.
